  1. Overview

  2. Model meaning
  1. Use environment
    3.1 The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature shall not be higher than +35℃ within 24 hours.
    3.2 The relative humidity is not more than 50% at the highest temperature +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% at +20℃;
    3.3 The air is clean, free of corrosive and explosive gases, and free of conductive and insulating dust.
    3.4 No significant shaking and shock vibration, vertical installation, tilt should not be greater than 5 degrees;

Step 6 Structure
6.1 The cabinet body is formed by thin steel sheet stamping, and adopts the standardized design of 20mm module. The structural parts have strong versatility and mechanical strength.
6.2 The upper part of the cabinet is the main bus room, the front part is the electrical room, and the rear part is the cable inlet and outlet room. Each room is isolated with steel plate or insulation board to ensure the safety of use.
6.3 The surface protective layer of the cabinet structure parts has two kinds of galvanized or electrostatic powder spraying, beautiful color and reliable quality.
6.4 Mechanical interlock: The door of the drawer compartment of the MCC cabinet is equipped with a mechanical interlock with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolation switch, and the door can only be opened when the handle is in the breaking position to ensure safety. The interlock mechanism is equipped with an unlocking device, and the operator can use the unlocking device to open the door of the drawer and inspect the inside of the drawer when the power is on.
6.5 The power switch, the contact switch and the drawer of the MCC cabinet have three positions: the on position, the test position and the off position.
6.6 The top of the switch cabinet can be equipped with a bus bridge according to power supply or communication needs, and the height of the bus bridge from the top of the cabinet and the length of the bus bridge can be designed and supplied by the manufacturer according to the needs of users.
