1. Product overview and application scope
    KYN28-12 metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new type of product designed and developed by the company on the basis of absorbing advanced manufacturing technology at home and abroad, which can replace a variety of old type metal-enclosed switchgear, such as KYN1-10, JYN2-10, GBC-10 and other products. Its products have the following obvious advantages:
    1.1 The shell of the product is completely assembled by bolts after multiple bending and forming of the aluminum-clad steel plate processed by CNC machine tool, which has high mechanical strength and effectively ensures the neat and beautiful appearance of the product. The cabinet door is sprayed with plastic coating, which has strong impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The product housing has IP4X level of protection.
    1.2 The main switch of this product can be configured with VY4, VD4 series vacuum circuit breaker, C3 series fixed load switch, and can also be configured with a variety of domestic series vacuum circuit breaker (such as VS1, VH1, VK, ZN28) to replace similar foreign products.
    1.3 No matter what type of circuit breaker is selected, the bare conductor air insulation distance must be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation must be greater than 60mm. The circuit breakers have the unique advantages of long life, high parameters, less maintenance and small size.
    KYN28-12 armoury medium metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6-12KV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, monitor and protect the circuit. Can be used in single bus, single bus segment system or double bus system. Switchgear conforms to IEC298 “Rated voltage above 1KV 52KV and below AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment”, IEC694 “High voltage switchgear and control equipment Regulations”, China GB3906 “3-35KV AC metal enclosed switchgear” and DL404 “Indoor AC high voltage switchgear ordering conditions”, German DIN.VDE670 “AC switchgear with rated voltage above 1KV” and other standards. And it has perfect and reliable anti-misoperation function.

    3.5 No fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration occasions, when the use of conditions beyond the above scope, should be negotiated by the user and our company to determine the scope and technical measures.

Basic form of the dimensions of the switchgear (see Figure 1, Figure 2)
5.1 The construction of the installation foundation of the switch cabinet shall comply with the relevant provisions of the “Technical Specification for Electric Power Construction and Acceptance”.
5.2 The installation foundation of the switch cabinet is generally divided into two pours of concrete. The first installation of components for the switch cabinet is the installation foundation of Angle steel or square steel and channel steel components. The second pouring concrete is the supplementary layer of the ground, the general thickness is 60mm, and the concrete height should be 1-3mm lower than the component plane when pouring the supplementary layer of concrete.
